Thank you for shopping at AXN Development. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By purchasing any resource, script, or asset from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Goods & No Refund Policy
All products sold on this store are digital, non-tangible, and irrevocable goods. Because our products are digital software that can be downloaded and used immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the transaction is complete and the product has been delivered.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind — You decided you no longer want or need the script
- Server closure — Your community or server has shut down
- Incompatibility — You failed to read the dependencies or requirements before purchasing
- Unwanted features — The script functions as described, but not as you imagined
- User error — You lack the technical knowledge to install or configure the resource
2. Technical Support
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you encounter a technical issue, bug, or error with any of our scripts, we are committed to helping you resolve it.
- Bug Fixes — If a script is broken due to our code, we will fix it
- Updates — All customers receive lifetime updates for the products they own
- Assistance — Our support team is available via Discord to help with installation and configuration
Refusing to accept our support or assistance does not entitle you to a refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent chargebacks and payment disputes. Attempting to chargeback, open a PayPal dispute, or reverse a payment will result in:
- Permanent Ban — Banned from AXN Development store and Discord
- License Revocation — All purchased assets revoked via CFX.re Keymaster
- Legal Action — Transaction logs submitted to authorities as evidence of fraud
Always contact us via Discord before reaching out to your bank or payment provider.
3. Version Upgrades & Discounts
- If you own V1 of any resource, you're eligible for a 50% discount on V2.
- Open a ticket in our Discord with proof of purchase to claim.
4. EU Consumer Rights
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU consumers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal right. This right is waived for digital content once delivery begins, provided you gave explicit consent, acknowledged the waiver, and received confirmation via email.
These conditions are handled automatically by Tebex, the Merchant of Record for all transactions on this store.
This waiver does not apply to defective products. If a product doesn't conform with its description, EU consumers retain rights under Directive 2019/770. Contact Tebex support or open a Discord ticket.
5. Agreement
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. You acknowledge that the product is a digital item that cannot be returned, and you waive your right to a refund once the download or license key has been delivered.
